7.1Verified guest“The villas were just splendid. Very spacious and clean. We had a two-bedroom villa with two huge bathrooms with shower and bath and our own swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by walls, giving it a very secluded and private feeling. Although we missed the view a bit. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous! The staff is very friendly and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Every morning breakfast was served in the villa, exactly at the time we asked. There was a really nice guy at reception who booked our cooking course and cycling tour. He chose the best activities, and we paid the organisations directly the prices listed on their websites. So I didn't get the impression the hotel earned anything from that. The hotel organises a nice morning walk through the nearby rice fields and a painting class (free). Our children very much enjoyed that. I would definitely recommend the Bali Rich. I'd like to thank the staff for a wonderful stay.”
